Why We Believe Greg Might Be Keith Gill aka Roaring Kitty.

When Keith Gill came back on X as Roaring Kitty, we started smoking the tinfoil right away. What was he planning? Over months, we developed our own ideas as to what he might be planning (disclaimer: we hold GameStop stock and options). This is pretty accurate image to describe us the last 8 months:

As we dived into layer behind layer of posts, one X user (we don't remember which one so sorry to that GameStop supporter) made the claim that the X account Greg is actually Keith Gill.
From that point on, we couldn't help but notice a few things that to us do reveal that this is indeed a real POSSIBILITY. Take for instance, Roaring Kitty telling us that he does use Nom De Plumes (aka a pen name).

If you follow the X account Greg (if you like laughing, highly recommend following it), you'll notice a similarly between his style of memes and those of Keith Gill aka Roaring Kitty. Such as this one from 2021.
So far, Greg has revealed he's not a lot of people, but he hasn't made the claim yet that he isn't Keith Gill:

Woah woah woah, stop right there, Greg has said he's not a cat, just this year! Yes, that's true - but Keith Gill also said he was not a cat this year in a '13G' filing revealing ownership of Chewy shares.
The memes also aren't just similar - Greg often replies to Roaring Kitty's latest posts in seconds. Take this post on Christmas day 2024 from Roaring Kitty which was posted at 10:00am EST.

Greg either had no Christmas plans (sorry Greg) or happened to be on X right at the moment Roaring Kitty posted. The first comment under this post was from Greg at 10:00am EST - now look at what he said:

Is Greg making a guess here? Or does he actually know what's in the box? We know what we think ....
Sometimes, when Greg replies to Roaring Kitty almost instantly, he does so in his own memes.
But these memes seem to be REFERENCING the Roaring Kitty post...take this post from Roaring Kitty on April 14th, 2021. You'll see a cat (symbol of Keith Gill aka roaring kitty) and a dog (symbol of Ryan Cohen Chewy) in it.
Look at the TIME of the post. 9:20am EST. Now check out the first reply - also at 9:20am and watch the video in it. I'll tell you, we've been making a lot of memes recently, and that is some fast meme response time.

There are countless examples like this with some fairly complex memes. To us this reveals 3 possibilities:
Greg is Keith Gill and has premade the memes for each post which is how he replies so quickly (we think somewhat probable)
Keith Gill is tipping off Greg when/what he'll post (we think somewhat unlikely as we don't think Keith Gill is communicating with others ahead of time)
Greg has the world's fastest meme making fingers (we think this is very possible / the most likely option).
The most compelling case that they might be the same person came just a few days ago on Jan. 23, 2025:
Greg peed in his backyard (Gross, we know):
As X user RagnarRiese points out, the house walls are almost identical to the house of Keith Gill.

Want more evidence? Check out this thread from X user: JustUsBronck. We'll screenshot some highlights of the similarities between Greg and RK: They both love the numbers 420/69. Greg's name is also Greg16676935420:

Did Keith Gill already hint that he is Greg?

GameStop mascot Buck the Bunny hired Greg to work at GameStop this year...

Unfortunately Greg bucked around too much at work - he was later demoted and then fired by GameStop's mascot Buck the Bunny.
They both own GameStop shares...but we wonder why Greg doesn't own more:

Though they do own a lot together - as Greg kindly points out... LET THAT SINK IN!

They both like to use a magic 8 ball...

There's a lot more we'll post over the next few weeks that to us show a link...
Other GameStop community members have also started to pick-up on this as well - we expect this speculation to increase as GameStop takes off. That might bring more liquidity to our meme token - but again we want to stress we are trying to build a real community with real HODLers.
Again, we can't emphasize enough that this is purely SPECULATION by us. Nevertheless - we know what we think:

For that reason, we launched a meme community with our token "GregIsRoaringKitty". We'll continue to post memes as well as write-ups on GameStop until the Mother of All Short Squeezes - MOASS comes.
Other GameStop community members have started to pick-up on this as well - we expect this speculation to increase as GameStop takes off.

If you like our memes on X and our blog posts, we'd love for you to support our community. But to be clear - this is not investment advice and you could easily lose money on our token. On April 20th, one of our developers / largest holder of our coin will either 1) airdrop 50% of his supply or 2) burn 50% of his supply. You can find our token here.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What happens if Keith Gill comes out and says he is not Greg? (Sorry Greg, unless you post a real video proving who you really are - we won't trust what you say).
If this happens, we'll continue to make memes on GameStop and post write-ups on the stock. We'll keep the meme community that we've built through that point alive through memes and investment diligence posts, and we will only ever have this one token.
Wen Moon?
Well, if Keith Gill ever reveals he is managing the Greg account (Roaring Kitty if you're reading this, our hope is one day you join the board of GameStop and run an investment arm for them that also invests in meme coins - if it does, we'd love to have you onboard our rocket ship).
